What is CLSDC?
CLSDC (Crosslink Sales Data Collector) is a Windows-based Sales Data Controller developed by Tech360 (Fiji) Pte Limited. It connects your ERP or POS to FRCS automatically, without manual login. Officially accredited for VMS V2 and V3.
What is a Sales Data Controller (SDC)?
A Sales Data Controller (SDC) is middleware required by FRCS that securely connects POS or ERP devices to the tax authority system. It captures, encrypts, and transmits sales data, ensuring each invoice is digitally signed and VMS-compliant.
Who is CLSDC for?
CLSDC is for any taxpayer with a Smart Card (Secure Element) issued by FRCS, using any POS or invoicing system supporting HTTPS API requests.
Which countries do you currently support?
We are live in Fiji and Vanuatu. Samoa and PNG are coming soon. Contact us to be notified when your country goes live.
Pricing & Licenses
How much does a license cost?
FJ$155 for 1 year, FJ$290 for 2 years (save $10/yr), FJ$390 for 3 years (save $25/yr). All prices include 12.5% VAT with no hidden costs. 24/7 support included.
How do I activate my license?
After purchasing, login to portal.clsdc.co and find your license key under My Licenses. Enter it into the CLSDC software on your device. The software registers your device and installs certificates automatically.
Can I transfer my license to a different device?
Yes. Login to the portal, go to Devices, release the license from the current device, then activate it on the new one. Each license is active on one device at a time.
What is the difference between Live and Staging?
Live connects to FRCS production for real transactions. Staging connects to the FRCS test environment for software testing and development only.
Payments
What payment methods are accepted?
Visa and Mastercard (via Windcave), M-PAiSA mobile money, and offline bank transfer (BSP Bank). Bank transfer licenses are activated within 1 business day after confirmation.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. A VAT invoice (12.5% included) is emailed automatically after payment, including TIN 505237008 and full payment details.
Technical
How does CLSDC connect to my POS?
Via localhost or your LAN. Any invoicing system supporting HTTPS API requests integrates with CLSDC. It runs automatically on Windows startup — no manual login needed.
The software shows "license expired" but my license should be valid
Check the expiry in the portal under My Licenses. If correct, contact support. If genuinely expired, renew directly from the portal.
I get "license is in use" when trying to activate
The license is registered to another device. Login, go to Devices, release it, then activate on your new device.
